AUS vs PAK: Pakistan Team Director Mohd Hafeez Misses Flight To Sydney After Reaching Airport Late With Wife
Several users on X are claiming that Hafeez missed his flight after stopping to have coffee with his spouse on the way to the airport.

Pakistan team director Mohammad Hafeez did not travel with the national team to Sydney as he missed his flight from Melbourne after reaching the airport late with his wife, according to reports.
Several users on X are claiming that Hafeez missed his flight after stopping to have coffee with his spouse on the way to the airport.
The couple was supposed to travel with the Pakistan team to Sydney but got late and had to take a later flight to reach their final destination before the entire contingent returns home after spending more than two months on the road.
Notably, Hafeez had started the rule of fining the players $500 for sleeping in the team dressing room or on the ground after taking charge as the director of cricket and interim head for Australia and New Zealand tours 2023/24.
Pakistani media reports even claimed that several players in the team are not happy with the stringent regulations that Hafeez has imposed on them.
And now, the 43-year-old former skipper himself has been found guilty of indiscipline on the tour.
Pakistan are trailing 0-2 in the 3-match series against Australia. Both teams will lock horns in the final Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground from January 3.
