Pune: Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) College of Engineering, Pune, is set to host the International Conference on Responsible, Risk-Aware, and Regulated Artificial Intelligence (RRRAI-2026) on 3rd and 4th April 2026. The conference will serve as a global platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and policymakers to deliberate on the evolving landscape of ethical, trustworthy, and regulated AI systems.

The conference is being organised under the esteemed guidance of Dr Shivajirao Kadam, Chancellor; Dr Vishwajeet Kadam, Secretary and Pro-Vice Chancellor; and Dr Vivek Saoji, Vice Chancellor of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Pune. The event is led by Dr Rajesh Prasad, Principal, as General Chair, and Dr Sunita Jadhav, Vice Principal, as Conference Chair.

The conference has received an overwhelming response, with more than 800 high-quality research papers submitted by national and international contributors. A total of 368 selected papers will be published in reputed international platforms such as Atlantis Press, Wiley, and Taylor & Francis, ensuring wide academic reach and visibility.

The two-day conference will feature 10 distinguished keynote speakers across the globe and over 30 session chairs, facilitating insightful discussions on cutting-edge developments, challenges, and regulatory frameworks in artificial intelligence.

The inaugural session will be graced by the Honourable Dr Neeraj Saxena, Pro-Chancellor, JIS University, Kolkata, as the Chief Guest. He is associated with several prestigious organisations, including CSIR-NPL, TIFAC-DST, and AICTE-MoE. Hon’ble Prof. Nilanjan Dey, Professor, Techno International, New Town, Kolkata, will be the Guest of Honour for the inauguration.

RRRAI-2026 aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and promote responsible innovation in AI by addressing key concerns such as fairness, transparency, risk management, and governance. The conference will play a significant role in shaping the future of AI aligned with societal values and global standards.
