Nashik: A two-wheeler rider skidded and fell due to mud and potholes on Makhmalabad Road. A video of the incident has surfaced on social media.

The rider lost control of the vehicle because of the mud accumulation and potholes caused by the monsoon rains. The deplorable condition of the road is being discussed as a hazard to citizens.

Although the Makhmalabad Road project has been pending for a long time, the municipal administration had previously announced that funds were sanctioned for its repair in preparation for the Kumbh Mela. However, the work remains incomplete, causing inconvenience to the public.

Citizens have demanded the immediate completion of road repairs. Motorists are being urged to drive cautiously in this area.
