Patanjali University Join Hands With 3 Indian Universities To Promote Research, Revive Indian Values

Patanjali University will collaborate with three prominent Indian universities in the fields of education, health, Ayurveda, yoga, traditional Indian knowledge, and skill development. Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) have been signed between Patanjali University, along with its research wing, and Raja Shankar Shah University in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh; Hemchand Yadav University in Durg, Chhattisgarh; and Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya University in Chitrakoot, Madhya Pradesh.

Acharya Balkrishna, Managing Director of Patanjali Ayurved Ltd and co-founder of Patanjali Yogpeeth in Haridwar, announced the MoUs on Wednesday.

The signing ceremony was attended by distinguished university leaders, including Vice Chancellors Professor Indra Prasad Tripathi of Raja Shankar Shah University, Dr Sanjay Tiwari of Hemchand Yadav University, and Professor Bharat Mishra of Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya University.

These academic leaders commended Patanjali’s efforts in reviving India’s traditional heritage and its growing contribution to national progress. They acknowledged the organisation’s commitment to promoting Ayurveda, yoga, and Indian philosophical studies in line with modern educational needs.

Acharya Balkrishna stressed that this partnership goes beyond a formal agreement, symbolising a collective effort towards national rejuvenation through India’s traditional knowledge systems. He described the initiative as part of three transformative movements: Rishi Kranti (the sage-led knowledge revolution), Yoga Kranti (the yoga revolution), and Shiksha Kranti (the education revolution).

Expressing strong optimism, he stated that this collaboration would benefit millions of Indians. Under these agreements, the four institutions will undertake joint research projects, conduct training programmes, exchange academic resources, and develop educational initiatives rooted in Indian cultural and traditional values.
