Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025: Central Railway To Operate Special Trains For Early Morning Participants; Check Details

To support the participants of the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025, Central Railway has announced two special suburban train services on January 19, 2025 (Sunday).

The first special train will depart from Kalyan at 03:00 am and arrive at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) Mumbai at 04:30 am via the main line. The second special train will leave Panvel at 03:10 am, reaching CSMT Mumbai at 04:30 am via the Harbour line.

Both trains will halt at all enroute stations, ensuring accessibility for passengers boarding from intermediate stops.

The Tata Mumbai Marathon, one of the city's most iconic events, attracts thousands of participants and spectators. "This initiative by Central Railway will provide crucial transportation support, especially for those traveling from the suburbs in the early hours" said an official.
