Star Investment: Bollywood Actress Kajol Buys Prime Commercial Property In Goregaon West For ₹28.78 Crore

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kajol Vishal Devgan has made a high-profile real estate investment, purchasing a prime commercial property in Goregaon West for Rs 28.78 crore.

According to property transaction data from IndexTap.com, the deal was finalized on March 6, 2025. The property, Shop No. 2 on the Ground Floor of Bharat Arize on Linking Road, Bangur Nagar, was sold by Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd.

The purchased space spans 4,365 sq. ft. and includes five car parking spots. The per square foot (PSF) rate for the deal stands at Rs 65,940. Kajol paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.72 crore for the transaction, as per official records.

Goregaon West has emerged as a key commercial hub in Mumbai, attracting significant investments from high-net-worth individuals. Kajol’s latest acquisition further highlights the area’s growing demand in Mumbai’s real estate market.
