Navi Mumbai marked World Tribal Day with grand celebrations and vibrant displays of tribal culture.
A grand rally was organised in Vashi to commemorate the occasion, featuring participants in traditional attire, accompanied by the beats of dhol-tasha and colourful cultural performances that drew the attention of onlookers.
Palghar District Guardian Minister Ganesh Naik and former MP Sanjeev Naik attended the event, encouraging and interacting with the participants.
The rally saw the participation of hundreds of tribal community members, who showcased their rich cultural heritage and expressed solidarity in advocating for their rights.
