Mumbai: A shocking event occurred in the evening on July 22 when a large wall and several houses collapsed behind Omega High School in the Khindipada area of Bhandup due to heavy rainfall experienced in the city. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported since the houses were evacuated promptly before the danger was identified. The hill, approximately fifty feet high, had a large protective barrier built around it
As a result of the intense rainfall, the protective wall developed a fissure, causing multiple houses to collapse. Several residents have recorded these frightening images on their mobile devices. Even though five homes fell along with the large wall, there were no injuries reported since all occupants were evacuated promptly.
