Mumbai: Samir Shantilal Somaiya, chancellor of Somaiya Vidyavihar University, was conferred the Order of Dostyk (Friendship), 2nd Degree by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during the Eighth Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Astana, Kazakhstan, recently.
