Mumbai News: Ghatkopar Signal Issue Causes Minor Delays On Central Railway Line

A technical fault near Ghatkopar station on the Central Railway caused a brief disruption in local train services on Thursday. A few up and down fast locals were running with delays of 10 to 15 minutes in the late afternoon, according to sources.

Around 2 pm on Thursday, a malfunction occurred in the points, leading to a temporary halt in local train operations in the section.

Upon receiving the information, the concerned department immediately rushed to the site and began repairs. The repairs were completed by 2:14 pm.
