Mumbai News: 125-Year-Old Crucifix Vandalised in Dadar Restored By Portuguese Church Members
On Sunday, a priest from Portuguese Church blessed the restored cross in the presence of the local community. The cross was erected in 1901 by the D'Sa family.

Members of Our Lady of Salvation Church, also known as Portuguese Church, Dadar, have restored a 125-year-old crucifix at Bhavani Shankar Road that was vandalised on the night of March 1 by unknown miscreants.
On Sunday, a priest from Portuguese Church blessed the restored cross in the presence of the local community. The cross was erected in 1901 by the D'Sa family.
After it was vandalised, residents had filed a complaint at Dadar police station. As the area is not covered by CCTV cameras, the suspects could not be identified.
