Mumbai: The Worli Police have registered a case against accused driver Rishabh Aneja (24) for reckless driving after a viral video showed a BMW (MH 02 GG 7470) speeding on the Coastal Road from Worli to Bandra and causing an accident. The incident occurred on March 2 at 11 AM.

However, a case has been registered against Aneja under BNS Sections 285 (negligent conduct with respect to fire or combustible matter), 125, 281 (rash driving on a public way), and Section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act (penalties for dangerous driving). The black BMW has been seized, and the accused will be arrested soon.
Accused Rishabh Aneja is a resident of North Bombay Society, Juhu Tara Road, Juhu.
