If you want to have a healthy lifestyle then you need to incorporate exercise in your daily routine. Usually we neglect working on the muscles people see the most-our faces. Like the rest of your body, the more than 57 muscles in your face and neck area require exercise, so that they stay toned.
Try out these simple face exercises, if you want a slim face:
1) Cheekbone exercise
Do you want defined cheekbone? All of us are not blessed with Kareena Kapoor type facial look, although face exercise can get you a bit closer. All you need to do is place your fingers over the cheekbone. Gently lift the skin, open your mouth and form an O. Hold the position for 5 seconds.
2) Chipmunk cheek squeeze exercise
If you want to remove fat from your cheeks you need to tilt your head and push your chin in the forward direction. Suck your cheeks and hold the position for 5 seconds.
3) Double chin exercise
A double chin will make you look older. If you want to look younger all that you need to do is tilt your head and look at the ceiling. Move your lower and upper lip. You should be able to feel the jaw muscles. Hold the position for 10 seconds.
