Indore News: No Parking Violation; 10,296 Vehicles Penalised In 3 Months | Representative Image

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The traffic police conducted a special drive against illegal parking over the past three months, taking action against 10,296 vehicles.

DCP (Traffic) Rajesh Kumar Tripathi said special patrolling and wheel-lock teams were deployed across all four traffic zones. Continuous action was taken on main roads, market areas and crowded locations.

Vehicles parked in no-parking zones were either wheel-locked or removed using cranes. Many vehicles were also cleared through public announcements.

The drive covered major areas including Kalani Nagar, Airport Road, Vijay Nagar, MG Road, Palasia, Rajwada, Sarafa and Bhawarkuan. The use of body-worn cameras and POS machines ensured transparency during enforcement.
