Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A bus driver operating on Indore–Pithampur route violated his designated route and drove recklessly through a crowded area on Monday evening.
Upon receiving information about traffic violation and negligent driving, the traffic police caught the driver and made him manage traffic for three hours at Navlakha Square as his punishment.

ACP (Traffic) Hindu Singh Muwel said the bus (MP09FA6151), which operates from Indore to Pithampur, is required to follow the designated route: Sarwate Bus Stand- Railway Station- Madhumilan Square- White Church-Pithampur.

However according to the reports, the driver diverted from Madhumilan towards Geeta Bhawan and drove it recklessly at high speed during the drive.
Traffic police attempted to stop him at White Church, but he accelerated and fled. He was eventually caught at Navlakha Square, where he was made to manage traffic for three hours. The driver was found to have violated both his designated route and traffic regulations.
