Video: Guards, Maintenance Staff Brutally Assault Society Resident With Stick Power Outage Complaint

A resident of Supertech Eco Village society in Greater Noida West was brutally assaulted by security guards and maintenance staff. A video of the incident, which has gone viral on social media, shows the maintenance staff and guards hitting the man with sticks while a woman screams, demanding to know why they are attacking him.
A case has been registered at Bisrakh police station, and the police have launched an investigation.
The incident came to light after the victim visited the maintenance office to report a power cut. Upon hearing his complaint, the maintenance staff became agitated and called security guards, who then severely beat the man. On Wednesday morning, residents of the society staged a strong protest, demanding action against those responsible.

According to reports, the victim, a resident of the society, had approached the maintenance office late on Tuesday night after six towers in the complex suffered a prolonged power outage.
It is understood that a faulty transformer left several towers without electricity, causing major inconvenience to residents. When the man raised the issue, the maintenance staff lost their temper and called security guards, who then attacked him with sticks and rods.
The footage clearly shows the victim being surrounded and mercilessly beaten. The incident has left other residents in shock.
Bisrakh police have registered a case and are investigating based on the viral video. Authorities have assured a thorough probe, followed by appropriate legal measures.
