Bareilly: Over the past three days, Bareilly's Mayor, Dr. Umesh Gautam, received rakhis from 20,000 women in a record-breaking gesture of community support. The unique event, which also saw his son Parth Gautam participate, culminated in a gathering at the city stadium where women lined up to tie rakhis on the mayor's hands.

He expressed his gratitude for their blessings and said he was now the proud "Umesh Bhaiya" for thousands of families.
