UP News: Two Young Men Found Dead On Railway Tracks In Jaunpur; Families Allege Murder

A tragic incident occurred in Jaunpur's Jalalpur area when two young men, identified as Abhishek Sonkar alias Gabbar and Suraj Sonkar, died after being hit by the Shuttle Express train near Jalalganj Railway Station on Saturday night.

According to reports, the bodies were found on the down line track, and the GRP team took them into custody for post-mortem examination. The families of the deceased have alleged murder, claiming that the bodies bore gunshot and knife wounds.

Abhishek Sonkar was reportedly out on bail in connection with a case related to a student's death in a school dispute. The GRP officer, Sunil Gaur, stated that the post-mortem report would reveal the exact cause of death.
