On Camera: Man Throws Acid On Stray Dogs In Delhi's Uttam Nagar; Outraged Netizens Demand Action

A shocking video has emerged online showing a man attacking stray dogs with acid. The incident reportedly occurred on Monday around 10:20 pm near Nanhe Park in Delhi's Uttam Nagar.
The brutal act against the voiceless animals was captured on CCTV. The footage shows a man approaching the stray dogs and pouring acid on them.
Another CCTV footage reveals the suspect purchasing the acid from a nearby shop.
Animal activist Vidit Sharma, founder of the SaveAStray foundation, shared the video on X, stating, "Acid was thrown on innocent street dogs in Uttam Nagar, Delhi - near Nanhe Park, Deepak Studio, NEWT-RZ, Part 2."
"CCTV captured the horrific act. Footage of the acid purchase exists. The dogs writhed in pain all night with severe burns covering half their bodies," he added.

Criticising Delhi Police's inaction regarding animal cruelty cases, one user commented, "People don't realise how many voiceless creatures fall victim to these hate-filled individuals! Whether it's acid or poison, Delhi Police never takes action against such criminals."
