3 Killed In Explosion At Firecracker Factory In Tamil Nadu's Sivakasi (VIDEO)

At least three people were killed, and three others were injured after a massive explosion occurred at Mariyammal Fireworks Factory in Naranapuram near Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu on Monday.
According to reports, workers at the fireworks factory in the Andiyapuram area were busy engaged in their routine work of manufacturing firecrackers, when firecrackers in one of the rooms began exploding and scattering.

According to local reports, the tragic explosion took three lives, including 2 women workers. Several others sustained serious injuries. All the injured have been taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police are conducting an investigation into what caused the explosion.
