Vikram Bhatt is known for making horror films like Raaz, 1920, Shaapit, Haunted – 3D, Raaz 3D, Raaz Reboot, 1921, Ghost, and Judaa Hoke Bhi. Most of his horror movies have impressed the audiences, and now, he is gearing up for the sequel to his 2011 release, Haunted – 3D. Titled Haunted 3D Ghosts of The Past, the movie was officially announced on Wednesday, and netizens are quite excited for the film.

Mithun Chakraborty's son, Mahaakshay Chakraborty, who played the lead role in the 2011 release, will be seen in the sequel as well. Reality show star and actress Chetna Pande has been roped in to play the female lead. The first instalment featured Pia Bajpayee in the lead role.
