'Thank You For Being The First One To Openly Support': Saiyaara Director Mohit Suri Pens A Heartfelt Note For Sandeep Reddy Vanga

Even before Mohit Suri's Saiyaara was released, Animal fame director Sandeep Reddy Vanga had tweeted about the movie and praised it. Now, as the film has become a blockbuster at the box office, Mohit on Thursday took to X (Twitter) to share a heartfelt note for the Kabir Singh director.

Suri tweeted, "Sandeep, @imvangasandeep thank you for being the first one to openly support and express your generous belief in Saiyaara. It meant the world coming from a filmmaker whose craft I deeply admire (sic)."

He furthe wrote, "I’ve always respected the raw emotion, fearlessness and intensity you bring to your stories. It reminds me why we do what we do to move people,to connect. Grateful to walk this path alongside storytellers like you. Here's to more powerful cinema and always a fan! (sic)"

Saiyaara Box Office Collection

Saiyaara in six days has collected Rs. 153.75 crore, which is an excellent amount. Reportedly, the film is made on a budget of Rs. 40-50 crore, so if we look at the collection, the Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda starrer is already a blockbuster.

Meanwhile, it is expected that the lifetime collection of the movie will be around Rs. 300-350 crore. However, if it continues to do well for many more days, then we won't be surprised if the movie crosses the Rs. 400 crore mark as well.

Saiyaara has left everyone surprised. While the pre-release buzz was good, and it was expected that the film will do well at the box office, the collections are more than what anyone expected.
