Mumbai: Actress Gauhar Khan Buys 3 Luxury Apartments In Versova For ₹10.13 Crore

Actress and model Gauhar Khan has invested ₹10.13 crore in three luxury apartments in Versova, Mumbai, according to property registration records accessed by Square Yards. The transactions, registered in February 2025, include one apartment solely in Khan’s name and two purchased jointly with her husband, Zain Darbar.

All three properties are in the Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society Limited, a premium residential project in Mumbai’s western suburbs. The solo purchase cost ₹2.80 crore, featuring a carpet area of 1,104.75 sq. ft. and one car parking space.

The joint purchase of two apartments amounted to ₹7.33 crore, with a combined carpet area of 2,393 sq. ft. and two car parking spaces. The couple paid a total of ₹57.95 lakh in stamp duty and ₹60,000 in registration charges.

Versova remains a sought-after locality due to its strong transport connectivity, including the Metro and key road networks like Link Road and the Western Express Highway. The area is also known for its established social infrastructure, making it a prime choice for both homebuyers and investors.

Gauhar Khan, who gained fame after winning Bigg Boss 7 in 2013, has had a successful career in modeling, music videos, and Hindi films.
