Plot

The film is set between 1958 and 1982 in Visakhapatnam and is based on a true story. It follows the story of Ratan Khatri, played by Varun, who is a godfather and Matka king. The plot revolves around his struggle to gain power and control over the criminal underworld. The film also shows how an ordinary man navigates the world of gambling and ultimately becomes one of the most notorious figures in that realm.
