Heer Express Gets A New Release Date; Divita Juneja Starrer To Hit The Big Screens On September 12

Umesh Shukla's Heer Express, starring Divita Juneja in the lead role, was slated to release on August 8, 2025. But the makers have decided to postpone the release, and now, the movie will hit the big screens on September 12, 2025.

The makers took to Instagram to announce the new release date of the film. They posted, "Some journeys are worth the wait. #HeerExpress — in theatres 12th September. Lijiye Chatpate Emotions Ka Swaad, Parivar Ke Saath! This #SaafSuthariParivarikFilm - #HeerExpress releasing in cinemas on 12th September."

The trailer of Heer Express was released a few weeks ago, and it has received a very good response. The movie revolves around a girl named Heer who is chasing her dreams while carrying the weight of a legacy.

Divita Juneja's Much-Awaited Debut

After Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, moviegoers have been looking forward to Divita's debut. While talking about the movie, Divita at the trailer launch event had said, "Heer is a bold character, while I am personally quite reserved, so I had to work hard on body language and voice modulation. I even learned horse riding and cooking. Perhaps that preparation is what’s reflecting naturally on screen. I am very excited about this film and also a bit nervous, but the entire team has supported me tremendously.”
