Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2020

Actor Sanjay Dutt's love for working out and bodybuilding is not hidden from his fans. When he is not shooting, it's most likely that one will find him in the gym.
On Saturday, the 63-year-old took to his social media handle to share a video of himself working out and proved why age is just a number for him.
In the video, Dutt can be seen lifting some heavy weights and getting his training regime right with his trainer by his side.
"Stronger every day," he captioned the post.
Sanjay Dutt's battle with cancer
For those unversed, Dutt was diagnosed with stage 4 lunch cancer during the shoot of his film 'KGF: Chapter 2'. However, the actor did not lose hope, and came back stronger with the support of his family and doctors.
Earlier, Dutt had revealed that he was alone at the hospital when the doctor broke the news about his cancer diagnosis, and he had first refused to undergo any treatment for the disease.
"The first thing I said was, I don't want to take chemotherapy. If I'm supposed to die, I will just die, but I don't want any treatment," he had said.
However, he decided to follow the due course of treatment and medications after he saw his family breaking down around him.
Sanjay Dutt's work front
On the professional front, Dutt was last seen in the film 'Shamshera', which starred Ranbir Kapoor in the titular role. While the actor's work was appreciated in the film, it tanked massively at the box office.
Dutt will star next in the horror comedy 'The Virgin Tree', which also features Sunny Singh, Mouni Roy and Palak Tiwari in key roles.
