Heer Express proudly proclaims to be a saaf-suthari, parivarik film. The family entertainer introduces Divita Juneja and Pritt Kamani as the lead pair, along with seasoned actors Ashutosh Rana, Gulshan Grover, Sanjay Mishra, and Meghna Malik in pivotal roles. The Free Press Journal was present at the trailer launch.
The movie follows Heer’s journey, who is on a journey to fulfill her dreams while carrying a legacy forward. Shot across the scenic locations in the UK, the light-hearted family film is directed by Umesh Shukla, known for films like 102 Not Out, which starred Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor.
During the event, the trio of Ashutosh, Gulshan, and Sanjay added humour, mixed with their distinctive trademark style, while answering questions from the media. When asked about whether the era of villains had ended long back, Gulshan pointed out that one has to move with the times in order to be successful in life. Rana, on the other hand, explained how asuras in ancient times were separate beings, but now both good and evil reside within us.
