UPMSP Class 10, 12 Re-evaluation Form 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP), Prayagraj, has opened the re-evaluation process for students of Class 10 (High School) and Class 12 (Intermediate) who appeared in the 2026 board examinations. Students who are not satisfied with their marks can now apply for answer sheet scrutiny through the official website.

According to the notice issued by the Office of the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, the last date to submit online applications is May 17, 2026.

Candidates applying for scrutiny will have to pay ₹500 per question paper. The board clarified that written and practical papers will be treated separately, and the fee will apply individually for each paper.

Students willing to get their answer sheets reviewed may use the following process:

Step 1: Login to the official website of UPMSP: upmsp.edu.in

Step 2: Submit the online form for re-evaluation

Step 3: Pay the prescribed fee using the challan in the State Treasury

Step 4: Obtain a downloaded copy of the application form

Step 5: Save your original fee receipt on the application form

Step 6: Submit the form to the respective regional office through registered post before the final date

It is important to note that students will be allowed to submit applications only through the online procedure. Any other offline method such as courier service, will not be entertained.

Also, it is mentioned that any application received after May 17, 2026 will be rejected.
