Delhi HC Refuses To Intervene In Order For Revision Of CLAT 2025 Results
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday refused to stay the order for revised CLAT 2025 results due to errors in two questions. A bench upheld the single judge's decision, allowing the Consortium of National Law Universities to announce corrected results. The court will hear the matter again on January 7, 2025. The errors were identified in questions 14 and 100.

On Tuesday, the Delhi High Court declined to stay the order directing the Consortium of National Law Universities to release the revised CLAT 2025 results due to errors in the answer key.
While hearing a petition from the consortium challenging the ruling of a single judge, a bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Vibhu Bakhru and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela determined that there was no justification for an interim order. The bench found no issue with the single judge's decision regarding two questions and confirmed that the consortium could announce the revised results in line with the previous ruling.
"The single judge carefully examined the two questions, and we prima facie agree with the decision," the court stated. "You can proceed with the results. There is no interim order."
The court has scheduled the next hearing for January 7, 2025.
On December 20, the Delhi High Court had ordered the Consortium of National Law Universities to publish corrected CLAT 2025 results, adjusting the marking of two questions. A bench led by Justice Jyoti Singh directed corrections to questions 14 and 100 of Set A, calling the errors "demonstrably clear" and emphasizing that ignoring them would result in injustice.
