CSC Olympiad 5.0 Breaks Records: Over 280,000 Rural Students Participate

CSC Olympiad 2025: The fifth edition of CSC Olympiad completed, creating another milestone to reduce the study gap between urban and rural India. More than 280,000 students from distant rural pockets enrolled for 15 subjects, ensuring this fifth edition witnessed record-level participation.

Important Highlights:

163 Scholars Selected: Common Service Centre e-governance, being the ministry under Ministry of Electronics and IT, has selected 163 students based on their performances for the award of scholarships.

10 Regional Languages: Exams were conducted in 10 regional languages for the purpose of giving access and inclusivity to students from diverse backgrounds.

AI Proctoring: Over 100,000 online tests were conducted through AI proctoring, testifying to the power of technology to democratize education.

Empowering rural education

The CSC Olympiad seeks to revolutionise rural education by offering a platform for academic evaluation and competitive interaction. In the process, it equips students with the skills and opportunities to compete on national and global levels regardless of their location.
