To select for this recruitment, candidates first have to appear for the online exam which will test applicants' aptitude, domain-specific knowledge, and general awareness. After this, shortlisted applicants will be called for a personal interview which will test their communication skills, technical expertise, and overall suitability for the position.

The objective-type questions evaluate applicants' technical and aptitude skills. It has four sections including Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and domain-specific Professional Knowledge. Each segment is timed, and incorrect answers receive a negative grade. Applicants must pass both the general and professional portions to advance to the interview phase.
