'Who Is This Bloody Person?': FIITJEE Chairman DK Goel Berates Employees, Abuses Them On Zoom Call While Refusing Pay Salaries
According to some reports, this came to pass as the company is encountering issues with its cash flow. However, the company later issued a clarification, which was more bizarre than the reports.

In a year when workplace toxicity has become a core aspect of the general discourse in India and around the globe, incidents of hostility at the workspace do not seem to tapper down.
FIITJEE Chief Abuses Employees
Another instance of extensive bellicose behaviour came to pass when the chairman of coaching institute FIITJEE, Dinesh Kumar Goel, or DK Goel, took to address his employees over a Zoom meeting.
The external recording of the parts of the virtual call appeared on X.
In the short snippet of a video, Geol can be seen impaling abuses at his employees.
Delayed Salaries
In the video, Goel can be seen hurling all sorts of abuses in Hindi and English at his employees. He even resorted to extending the expletives to derive derogatory descriptions of female members of their families.
He also added that he does not want certain people working at the company.
Previously, it had been reported that the Goel-led coaching centre chain has withheld the salaries of its employees from as far back as February 2024.
According to some reports, this came to pass as the company is encountering issues with its cash flow. However, the company later issued a clarification, which was more bizarre than the reports.
'Wake-Up Call'
FIITJEE said it was not having issues with cash flow in the company, instead to voluntarily chose to withhold salaries as a wake-up call for its employees. This, so that employees start working seriously.
FIITJEE was established by Goel in 1992, over 30 years ago. The coaching company is based out of Delhi and has a presence around important cities.
Coaching institutions especially for science-oriented disciplines, have become a staple of education in the country. However, coaching centres have often come under the scanner for the treatment of their students, and the stress and pressure of these exams often get the better of these young students. Mushrooming of such organisation often comes at the cost of lack of regulation.
