Demat Auction Notice Issued By BSE, Offers Invited For Settlement DR-655

Mumbai: BSE Limited has issued a notice for Demat Auction under Settlement No. DR-655/2025-26. The auction is scheduled for Friday, June 20, 2025. Trading members of the Exchange are invited to submit their offers to purchase securities through this auction process.

The auction will follow this schedule:

Offer Entry Time: 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Auction Matching: 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Delivery Report: 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Money Statement & Final Reports: 3:35 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The pay-in of auctioned securities will take place on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians must ensure securities are delivered in time, as per depository cut-off timings.

After the introduction of the Uniform Membership structure, settlement will now happen through the clearing member of a trading member. A trading member can now offer securities in auctions even if they were short in the same settlement.

Members must be careful while entering security codes and rates, as errors cannot be corrected. The BSE can reject any offer without explanation.
