BSE Announces Demat Auction For DR-628, Bids Invited on May 14

Mumbai: BSE Limited has issued Notice No. 20250514-1 inviting trading members to participate in a Demat Auction under Rolling Settlement DR-628/2025-26. Scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, 2025, the auction process will be conducted via trading terminals. The auction offer entry window will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., followed by auction matching between 2:45 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Delivery statements and reports of accepted offers will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., while money statements and final reports will be issued between 3:35 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

The pay-in for auctioned securities is scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians are advised to ensure timely execution of securities pay-in through depositories within the respective cut-off timings. With the adoption of a Uniform Membership structure in the Equity Cash Segment, trading members can now offer securities in auctions even in the same settlement where short deliveries occurred.

Trading members must ensure accuracy in entering security codes and rates, as no modifications will be allowed. The Exchange reserves full discretion in accepting or rejecting auction offers.
