MP: Sagar District's Food Department Gets First Position In Solving CM Helpline Complaints

Sagar (Madhya Pradesh): District Food and Civil Supplies Department has got the first position in solving the CM Helpline complaints in November, official sources said. The department received 869 complaints and solved 95.60% of those problems to full satisfaction of the complainants.

The CM Helpline complaints are worked out following instructions from collector Sandeep GR. The Food and civil supplies department in Sagar got the second position in solving the CM Helpline complaints in September and fourth position in October.

In November, the district got the first position in solving the people’s complaints. District supplies controller Anil Kumar Tantuvai held meetings with the officials to review the progress of solving complaints filed through the CM Helpline.

The officials were directed to solve all the complaints received through the CM Helpline by holding discussions with the complainants. Tantuvay has directed the officials to solve the problems filed through t he CM Helpline the way they are doing.
