MP February 27 Weather Updates: Day & Night Temperatures To Rise Further; Expect Light Rains In First Week Of March

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Madhya Pradesh is to experience similar weather conditions on Thursday, as it did on Wednesday. A new Western Disturbance will become active from March 2, which may impact the state. 

Currently, a cyclonic circulation is affecting the weather.

Weather expected on Thursday

On February 27, the daytime temperatures are expected to rise and night temperatures may also increase.

What do meteorologists say?

According to IMD Bhopal’s meteorologist Pramendra Kumar Raikwar, multiple Western Disturbances were active in February, and now temperatures will continue to rise.

Madhya Pradesh may experience light rainfall in the first week of March due to an active Western Disturbance.

Before this, temperatures are expected to rise by 2 to 3 degrees over the next three days, making the weather feel warmer.

Weather expected on Friday 

On February 28, cities like Bhopal and Indore may see a 2-3°C rise in daytime temperatures.

On Wednesday, Bhopal remained cloudy since morning. Similar weather changes were observed in Rewa, Satna, Panna, and Maihar, while other cities had clear skies, leading to a rise in daytime temperatures.

Over the last five days, the state experienced slight cold conditions. On Tuesday-Wednesday night, temperatures recorded in major locations were:

Pachmarhi: 6.8°C; Kalyanpur (Shahdol): 8.7°C; Shajapur: 9.6°C;  Mandla: 10.2°C; Bhopal: 12.6°C; Indore: 17.6°C; Gwalior: 15.5°C; Ujjain: 13.8°C; Jabalpur: 11.8°C
