Gunshots At Birthday Bash: Celebratory Firing Video Goes Viral In MP's Shivpuri; Accused Booked

Shivpuri (Madhya Pradesh): A video of celebratory firing during a birthday party in Shivpuri has gone viral on social media on Friday.

In the video, a young man is seen sitting on the bonnet of a car while cutting a cake. At the same time, another man is seen firing a gun in the air.

The incident took place near Sudeshwar Temple in Sirsaud village, under Amola police station in Shivpuri district.

The man firing the gun has been identified as Mohar Singh Lodhi. According to police, he has a criminal background and has previously been jailed in other cases.

He also has a murder case registered against him and is currently out on bail. The video, said to be recorded at night, shows him firing fearlessly.

The incident reportedly took place during the birthday celebration of Chhotu Lodhi, son of Ballu Lodhi, where the illegal firing happened.

As soon as the video went viral, it became a topic of discussion on social media. After the matter came to light, the Amola police took quick action.

Amola police station in-charge Anshul Gupta confirmed that an FIR has been registered against Mohar Singh Lodhi.

Police are now verifying the video and identifying other people involved in the incident for further legal action.
