Bhopal: Union Minister Amit Shah Meets CM Mohan Yadav And Other BJP Senior Leaders Over Lunch

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited the Chief Minister’s residence on Sunday, where he held an informal discussion with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and senior BJP leaders.

Shah joined CM, cabinet ministers and key party functionaries for lunch. Those present included BJP state president VD Sharma, Hitanand Sharma, and both deputy Chief Ministers Rajendra Shukla and Jagdish Devda, among others.

According to a senior BJP leader, the meeting was informal in nature, with no major political issues discussed. After the gathering, Shah proceeded to attend the state-level cooperative convention in the city.

Dr Shailesh Lunawat gets Sanjeevani Award

Radiologist and social worker Dr Shailesh Lunawat received Sanjeevani Award for his social service at the regional conference of Lions International on Sunday. The organisation appreciated the social work, a journey he started decades back, rendered through humanitarian approach by Dr Lunawat.

Dr Lunawat has been organising free health camps for decades besides helping the poor and needy in slum areas and outside in Bhopal through with a dedicated team of volunteers.

Dr Lunawat, who conducted a regular kitchen during Covid-19 besides medical help for the affected patients round the clock, was in news a year ago when he helped a pregnant woman deliver a child in a running train between Maihar and Satna.
