Bilaspur: The South East Central Railway (SECR), Bilaspur, has introduced telemedicine services to provide medical care to railway employees and their families in remote areas.
Through the system, patients in small health units can consult specialist doctors based in Bilaspur, Raipur, Nagpur, and other medical centres using Google Meet or WhatsApp calls. The consultation process is supported by patient records from the Health Management Information System (HMIS).
