Jasprit Bumrah set to be rested for second Test against England

Meanwhile, ace fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is all set to be rested for the second Test against England in Birmingham, set to commence on July 2 due to workload management, according to reports.

The 31-year-old's workload had been considerably heavy during Team India's five-wicket defeat at the Headingley in Leeds. He sent down 24.4 overs in the first innings, followed by 20 in the second, notably going wicketless in the latter.
