Attention Punekars! Water Cuts In Munnawar Society, Kharadi, Chandannagar And Surrounding Areas

The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has announced a temporary water supply interruption in several areas due to urgent repair work on the main water pipeline connected to the Chandan Nagar water tank. The maintenance work will be carried out by the PMC Bundgarden Water Supply Department on Friday, February 28, 2025.

Areas that are likely to be affected include Munnawar Society, Sunita Nagar, Ganesh Nagar, Swami Samarth, Namdev Nagar, Mate Nagar, Punya Nagri, Mahaveer Nagar, Anand Park in Vadgaonsheri, Kharadi, Chandannagar, and Malwadi, among other impacted localities. Due to the Lashkar Jalkendra water distribution centre renovation work, residents in these areas will not have access to water on February 28.

On Saturday, March 1, 2025, the water supply will be restored, and residents may face delays and low pressure throughout the day. The PMC has urged all citizens to cooperate with the repair efforts and make the required preparations beforehand.
