Vibha D Sanghvi, one of the promoters of Sun Pharma, has acquired two premium apartments in the prestigious Naman Xana on Dr. Abdul Gaffar Khan Road in Worli with the total transaction amounting to a staggering Rs 130 crore.
The first apartment, located on the 21st floor, spans 600 square meters and was registered on November 27 for Rs 65 crore while the second apartment, identical in size and situated on the 29th floor, was registered on December 26 for Rs 65 crore. Both properties are noted for their opulence, prime location, and exclusive amenities, including premium parking spaces.
