Mumbai: The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has directed the deputy commissioner of police of Zone XI to submit an action taken report (ATR) with regard to the FIR registered on February 13 about the sexual molestation of a 3.6 year old girl in a high-end school in Malad the day before.
The mother has filed the FIR on behalf of her daughter. The latter has identified the ayah who took her to the washroom and the teacher who molested her. She has referred to the teacher as the "monster" who assaulted her. The mother said the report of Cooper Hospital and a private hospital both confirm sexual molestation.
"Despite solid evidence to back up the allegation of my daughter, the Bangur Nagar police station is extremely reluctant to take action in the matter. Hence I have filed a writ petition in Bombay high court. I will not rest till I get justice for my child," the mother told FPJ.
