Madhya Pradesh: Dewas BJYM Vice President's Father And Brother Shot Dead, Another Man Injured
Police have detained 2 people in the matter and started the investigation.

Dewas (Madhya Pradesh): In a shocking incident, Dewas district BJP Yuva Morcha vice president Kailash Godra's father along with his brother was shot dead on Sunday. One person has also been injured in the incident. Police have detained 2 people in the matter and started the investigation.
The firing incident was reported between two groups at Satwas village in Dewas district. A few people got injured in the clash as well, local police said.
After the incident, a heavy police force was deployed in the village to avert any untoward incidents. The police took the bodies into their custody and sent all the injured to the hospital. So far, the reason behind the incident is yet to be ascertained.
Those who were killed are identified as Rajesh, son of Narayan Godara, and Kailash, son of Ramchandra Godara. Kailash Godara is the father of Anil Godara, district vice president of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM). One person who was severely injured was referred to Indore’s MY Hospital.
Clash over old rivalry
Kannod sub-divisional officer (police) Jyoti Ummath informed that the incident was reported at around 9 am at Golaguthan village when two groups were involved in a clash over an old rivalry.
On Sunday at 9 am, there was a dispute between two Jaat families, namely Godara and Dedadh due to old enmity. The dispute increased so much that the matter reached the gun. Three members of the Godara family were shot in the dispute, out of which Rajesh Godara died on the spot, while Kailash Godara died while being taken to Indore. During a preliminary investigation, it was revealed that a person from the Dedadh family opened fire.
Indore BJYM president beaten up
In another case from Indore, The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Indore unit president was beaten up allegedly by other functionaries in front of the outfit's Madhya Pradesh chief, with videos of the incident going viral on social media on Sunday.
The incident took place in a restaurant in Bhanwarkuan area on Saturday and was captured by CCTV cameras installed there.
