Khargone: Attendance on portal to determine salaries of CMHO, BMHOs

It may be known that Sarthak portal has been developed for 100 per cent attendance of health department staff. Even today the staff of the health department are not registering a presence on this portal.

Khargone (Madhya Pradesh): In the review meeting of time period papers, Khargone district collector Kumar Purushottam has directed the chief medical and health officer (CMHO) and all block medical officers (BMOs) that now onwards the salary of health department staff will be drawn only on the basis of their presence on Sarthak portal.

It may be known that Sarthak portal has been developed for 100 per cent attendance of health department staff. Even today the staff of the health department are not registering a presence on this portal.

Collector Kumar is constantly reviewing to ensure that all health centres open on time. Instructions have also been given to the CMHO and other doctors to submit inspection reports of two districts.

Regarding the treatment, the district CEO has directed that all secretaries and GRS will inform citizens of their respective villages for treatment of common diseases in hospitals. Also, by the end of this month, attendance will be registered on Sarthak portal for all such departments whose staff is up to the village level. Collector Shri Kumar has now given instructions to implement this system for the employees of Tribal Affairs Department and Education Department.

No 1 on CM helpline

For the first time, Khargone district has occupied the first position in the matter of redressal of complaints on the CM Helpline. In the month of June, a total of 5459 complaints were received on the CM Helpline. Out of which 3859 were closed satisfactorily. 40.22 per cent satisfaction and total weightage of 73.07 per cent has been received on CM Helpline.
