Haryana: Olympic Medallist Shooter Manu Bhaker’s Maternal Grandmother, Uncle Die In Road Mishap
Stating that the accident took place on Mahendergarh bypass in Charkhi Dadri district when the scooty they were travelling on collided with a Brezza car, the police said that the driver of the car fled the spot leaving behind his vehicle.

Chandigarh: India’s Olympic medallist shooter Manu Bhaker’s maternal grandmother and uncle died in a road mishap in Charkhi Dadri district on Sunday when the two-wheeler they were travelling on was hit by a car.
The police said the victims were identified as Manu Bhaker’s maternal grandmother Savitri Devi, 70, and maternal uncle Yudhveer, 50, who worked as a driver in Haryana roadways.
Stating that the accident took place on Mahendergarh bypass in Charkhi Dadri district when the scooty they were travelling on collided with a Brezza car, the police said that the driver of the car fled the spot leaving behind his vehicle.
Just a few days ago, a double Olympic medallist Bhaker, was awarded the prestigious Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award by the President of India, Draupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhawan.
