Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra recently shared an inspiring video from his physiotherapy session, and gave a glimpse of his commitment to health and fitness at the age of 88. In the video posted online on Thursday (April 17), the actor is seen lying on a bed while his physiotherapist helps him with leg rotations using a foot stretcher strap.
Despite the visibly strenuous nature of the exercise, Dharmendra completed several forward and reverse rotations, proving that age is just a number when it comes to staying active and fit.
Sharing the clip on social media, Dharmendra wrote, "Friends, with your good wishes and his blessings, I am working hard to be fit and fine. Yoga, exercise and now physiotherapy. I am grateful to dear Amit Kohli, my physiotherapist. Love you all, take care."
