Pavitra Rishta Actress Priya Marathe Passes Away At 38 Due To Cancer

On Sunday, August 31, 2025, the television industry got a shock as actress Priya Marathe passed away. She was known for starring in many Hindi and Marathi TV shows. The actress died after a prolonged battle with cancer. According to reports, the 38-year-old took her last breath at her residence in Mira Road.

Priya had starred in multiple Hindi and Marathi TV shows like Char Divas Sasuche, Kasamh Se, Pavitra Rishta, Uttaran, Tu Tithe Me, Bhaage Re Mann, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, Swarajyarakshak Sambhaji, and others.

She was last seen in the Marathi show Tuzech Mi Geet Gaat Aahe. The show ended in June 2024.

Priya got married to actor Shantanu Moghe in 2012. After 2024, she was not active on Instagram. She had last posted on August 11, 2024. The actress had shared pictures with her husband from her Jaipur trip. Check out the post below...
