Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko has been admitted to a de-addiction centre in Kerala following allegations of drug abuse made by actress Vincy Aloshious. A few days ago, Vincy had filed a complaint with the Kerala Film Chamber of Commerce, accusing Chacko of misbehaving with her under the influence of drugs.
The two worked together in the film Soothravakyam, when Chacko allegedly entered Vincy's room while she was changing and also asked her if he should help her "fix her dress".
Soon after Vincy's complaint, the Kochi Police raided a hotel where Chacko was staying and allegedly consuming drugs, and upon seeing the cops, he had fled from the hotel. However, he was later arrested and was granted bail the same day.
