NEST 2025 Registration Begins For MSc Programs Today At nestexam.in; Check Exam Dates And Exam Pattern Here

NEST Registration 2025: The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) on Monday began the application process for the Masters in Science (MSc) programmes. Candidates will be able to apply till May 9, 2025. Candidates who wish to enrol in Masters in Science (MSc) programmes can apply online at nestexam.in.

According to the notification, the NEST 2025 exam is set to be held on June 22, 2025. The test will be conducted from 9 am to 12:30 pm. The exam will be conducted in 128 centres across the country. Candidates will be able to check and download the NEST hall ticket from June 2, 2025, onwards.

NEST 2025 Application Fee

In order to fill the NEST 2025, male candidates of the General and OBC categories will have to pay Rs 1,400 as application fees. For the SC/ST/Divyangjan categories all female candidates will have to pay Rs 700. Candidates can pay the application fees by using credit card/debit card/net–banking and online mode.

NEST 2025 Exam Pattern

There will be four different sections in the question paper that contain multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The questions will be divided into four parts totalling 60 marks per section that asks questions from Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics. Every section will contain 20 questions where only a single response is valid. Every right answer will be awarded 3 marks and the wrong answer will deduct a -1 mark.
